90-Day Structured Performance Validation Period
Following onboarding, customers may enter a 90-day evaluation period subject to strict compliance requirements.
To remain eligible for refund consideration, the customer must:
• Run the official KhomaAlgorithms preset configuration setup by the KhomaAlgorithms team for at least 60 days out of the 90 day window.
• Run it on a demo/simulation account
• Not modify strategy logic, automation code, or execution parameters
• Attend the required onboarding session
• Follow all written and documented instructions
• Provide complete, verifiable trade logs upon request
• Allow the Company reasonable opportunity to troubleshoot any issues
Failure to meet any of these conditions voids refund eligibility.
Performance Deviation Standard Refund
Consideration during the 90-Day Validation Period applies only if:
• A verifiable operational malfunction occurs; OR
• The system demonstrates statistically abnormal variance materially outside documented risk parameters under identical configuration and market conditions.
Trading losses, drawdowns, or lack of profitability alone do not constitute grounds for refund. Market volatility, regime shifts, or probabilistic variance are inherent risks of algorithmic trading. All determinations of material deviation are made at the Company’s sole discretion.
Can I use this if I'm a complete trading beginner?
Yes, but we recommend the ATS program as we can set everything up for you & you'll need minimal knowledge to succeed as long as you follow guidance from the team and stay active inside the community. It is definitely recommended to have Intermediate or Advanced experience in the markets as you'll be able to manage your risk much easier yourself.
How do I cancel my membership? (Non-ATS)
You'll be able to manage your membership on our Whop after purchasing using the same email you signed up with. All access to indicators & the discord will be inside of there.
